Samsara is seeking a Manager II for Enterprise Renewals to enhance customer experience during the renewal process. This role involves collaboration with sales and customer outcomes teams to ensure high-value interactions. Experience in SaaS renewals is essential.
You have a strong background in customer success or renewals management, ideally within a SaaS environment. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are skilled at navigating complex client interactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients is key to ensuring a smooth renewal process. You are driven by results and have a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and customer outcomes teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the renewals process for enterprise clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service during their renewal period. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal discussions. You will analyze customer data to understand usage patterns and identify potential risks to renewal. You will develop strategies to mitigate churn and enhance customer loyalty. You will also provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights to help improve the overall customer experience. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure they are satisfied with their service. You will track renewal metrics and report on performance to senior management, helping to shape the future of the renewals process at Samsara.
