Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You are an experienced Onsite Medical Representative who is committed to promoting health and safety in the workplace. You have a strong understanding of first aid protocols and are comfortable interacting with employees to provide guidance on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You are eager to learn about OSHA regulations and risk analysis, and you are passionate about advocating for health and wellness principles. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to ensure a safe workplace for all associates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and administering first aid to Amazon Associates as needed. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings, engaging with new hires and providing them with essential information about workplace safety. You will also take part in case management review meetings, ensuring that all incidents are documented and addressed appropriately. Your role will involve referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary, and you will be a key resource for health and wellness information on-site. You will assist with safety operations and contribute to creating a culture of safety excellence at Amazon.
