Google is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Inbound Acquisitions to drive marketing strategies and campaigns across APAC. You'll leverage skills in Google Ads and Analytics to optimize business growth and customer acquisition.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 9 years of experience in marketing across various fields such as growth, product marketing, and brand marketing. You have at least 2 years of experience managing teams, demonstrating your leadership capabilities. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to analyze performance data and develop insights that inform marketing plans and business decisions. You have experience designing and executing programs tailored to diverse customer needs across multiple markets, showcasing your adaptability and strategic thinking.
You are adept at managing multi-market, end-to-end campaigns, including media in a regional or global marketing role. Your expertise extends to managing media budgets and campaigns across regions, ensuring effective allocation of resources. You possess excellent campaign development skills, audience management capabilities, and program management skills, all with a keen attention to detail. Your experience spans both consumer and business products, allowing you to contribute to a complete marketing experience that shapes product growth and consumer engagement.
In this role, you will be accountable for marketing-driven business growth and acquisition growth across inbound channels. You will manage and optimize marketing campaigns towards Lifetime Value (LTV) goals, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives. You will build APAC-owned, paid media initiatives and lead innovative tests across channels, focusing on creative execution optimized for business impact and best practices. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, corporate communications, legal, product development, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
You will lead the product marketing strategy from inception to execution, determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications. Your insights will help shape the product and grow its consumer base, connecting user needs with the product's unique value proposition. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends and performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement. Your leadership will guide your team in executing high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across the APAC region.
