Who you are

You have a strong analytical background with experience in marketing analytics — you understand how to leverage data to drive customer retention and improve marketing strategies. You are detail-oriented and curious, always looking for insights that can enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results. Your proficiency in SQL and Google Analytics allows you to analyze complex datasets effectively, and you are comfortable working with various CRM tools. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about using data to tell a story and influence decision-making processes.

Desirable

Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with retention marketing strategies. You are adept at using various marketing channels such as Email, SMS, and Push notifications to engage customers. A background in customer relationship management will help you excel in this role, as will your ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
