JumpCloud is seeking a Senior Executive Program Manager to work closely with the CTO and leadership team on key initiatives. This role involves aligning and guiding projects across Engineering, Product, and Security organizations. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential.
You have a proven track record in program management, ideally with experience in technology or IT sectors. Your ability to engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders is exceptional, and you thrive in environments where you can influence strategic initiatives. You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to represent the CTO effectively in various settings. You are comfortable working remotely and can adapt to the needs of a dynamic team.
Experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar capacity is a plus. Familiarity with IT management platforms and a background in engineering or product management will enhance your candidacy. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a knack for fostering collaboration across departments.
