You'll manage cross-functional projects and drive process improvements across Amazon's logistics network. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong delivery record and proven project management experience — you've successfully led strategic, tactical, and technology projects across multiple verticals. Your ability to scope and create project plans is complemented by your experience in developing processes and coordinating execution across teams.

You possess excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting project statuses, risks, and changes to senior management — your experience allows you to effectively brief leaders on portfolio performance and drive large-scale process changes. You are adept at cross-team coordination and understand the importance of collaboration in achieving project goals.

Your analytical capabilities are deep, and you have a keen sense of innovation — you leverage these skills to lead complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You thrive in environments where you can provide expert guidance to operators and managers, helping them navigate challenges and achieve successful project outcomes.

You are motivated by the opportunity to drive changes across Amazon’s operations — your role will be integral in supporting both top-down and bottom-up changes within the logistics network. You understand the nuances of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders and excel at improving performance across various operational programs.

Desirable

Experience in logistics or supply chain management would be a plus, as would familiarity with data analysis tools that can help inform project decisions. A background in technology projects can also enhance your effectiveness in this role, allowing you to bridge the gap between technical teams and operational needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with Amazon’s strategic goals. You will develop and refine program strategies, effectively leading and motivating teams to achieve project objectives. Your responsibilities will include scoping projects, creating detailed plans, and driving execution while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

You will be responsible for briefing senior leaders on the performance of your assigned portfolio — this includes providing insights into project statuses, risks, and any necessary process or product changes. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged.

As you drive large-scale end-to-end process changes, you will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders — your role will require you to navigate complex relationships and foster collaboration to improve performance across operational programs. You will also provide expert guidance to operators and managers, helping them to successfully deliver projects and meet their goals.

Your work will have a significant impact on Amazon’s logistics network, and you will play a key role in driving innovation and efficiency within the organization. You will be expected to leverage your project management experience to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance and support Amazon’s commitment to customer excellence.

What we offer

Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, medical, financial, and other benefits. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact the organization’s success. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective and skills could be a great fit for our team.
