Who you are

You have a strong background in designing and delivering technical solutions, particularly in DevOps monitoring or architecture systems. With hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, you are well-versed in compute technologies including EC2, serverless, VMware, VMs, Docker, and Kubernetes. You are familiar with configuration management, infrastructure as code (IAC), and CI/CD tools, including Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, and CircleCI. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and guide the execution of Datadog implementations, gathering requirements and building technical architecture to support deployment and launch. You will lead customer onboarding through co-development working sessions, assisting them when they encounter roadblocks. Your responsibilities will include writing automation and designing architecture for deployment templates, as well as managing the operation of implementation projects. You will collaborate closely with teams such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers.
