Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in quality, reliability or product engineering.
  • 4 years of experience in SSD manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace.
  • Experience with SSD technologies, including SSD test processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
  • 12 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or product engineering for hardware technology and systems.
  • Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
  • Experience with Dynamic Random-Access Memory (DRAM) technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze or understand failure to resolve issues.
  • Define and execute data collection activities for technical issues.
  • Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
  • Own the supplier quality and reliability for Solid-State Drive (SSD) components, from New Product Introduction (NPI) through end-of-life.
  • Develop and implement advanced quality plans and process controls (e.g., Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), Capability Process Index (CPK), etc.) to mitigate risks.
