AvePoint is seeking an Industry Engagement Strategy Lead to shape their presence in Australia and New Zealand. You'll develop go-to-market messaging and engage with customers and partners to drive growth. This role requires strong strategic leadership skills.

You have a proven track record in strategic leadership, ideally with experience in technology or data security sectors. Your ability to translate complex technology into relatable solutions is key, as you will be the thought leader for AvePoint in the ANZ region. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about fostering relationships with customers, partners, and vendors. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey how technology can solve real business challenges. You are committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued in the workplace.

Desirable

Experience in data security or governance is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. You understand the nuances of go-to-market strategies and have a knack for crafting messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. A background in sales or marketing can enhance your ability to drive engagement and growth in the region.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the go-to-market messaging for AvePoint in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring that it aligns with the company's vision and resonates with customers. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to equip them with the necessary tools and insights to engage effectively with clients. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine messaging and strategies continually. You will also act as a technical evangelist, representing AvePoint at industry events and engaging with stakeholders to promote the company's solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in driving ARR growth in the ANZ region, and you will work to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within your team.
