You have experience in medical support, ideally in a workplace setting, where you've provided first aid and health guidance to employees. Your understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles allows you to effectively advocate for health and wellness in a corporate environment. You are comfortable interacting with employees on a daily basis, greeting new hires, and participating in safety committee meetings to promote a culture of safety. Your ability to assess and manage both occupational and non-occupational injuries demonstrates your commitment to employee wellbeing. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, continuously seeking to improve your knowledge of health and safety practices.

Desirable

Experience in case management and familiarity with injury prevention strategies would be beneficial. A background in occupational health or safety certifications can enhance your candidacy for this role. What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of associates. You will provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary, ensuring that all employees receive the care they need promptly. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly safety committee meetings, where you will collaborate with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist to discuss safety initiatives and improvements. You will also participate in case management review meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to enhance workplace safety protocols. Your daily interactions with associates will allow you to promote health and wellness principles, helping to create a safe and supportive work environment. You will be an integral part of the onsite team, assisting with all first aid needs and supporting safety operations as required.
