What you'll do

As a Market Associate, you will play a crucial role in the retention and growth of long-tail hosts in your assigned territory. You will establish and nurture business relationships with emerging professional host accounts, suggesting and supporting strategic initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb. Your responsibilities will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and providing education on the platform. You will work closely with Market Managers to deliver one-to-many education programs, ensuring hosts are well-equipped to maintain best-in-class hospitality standards. You will analyze host performance and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their listings and improve guest experiences. Your role will involve regular communication with hosts to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to offer personalized support and solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the Supply Team.
