Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments, and have successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience includes managing customer success initiatives and driving growth within assigned accounts, ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with the product. You are adept at running pilot programs and developing enablement plans that facilitate the successful rollout of solutions within new accounts. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various business, training, and project management teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience in the insurance industry or with enterprise software solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in customer success can set you apart. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of your clients and team.
