Coupang is seeking a Sales Process Innovation PM to enhance sales efficiency through effective tools and collaboration. You'll work with Salesforce and data analysis to drive sales initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or retail.
You have over 5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to lead projects effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey data-driven insights to various stakeholders and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. You have a proven track record of setting OKRs and achieving results through end-to-end project leadership. Your proficiency in Excel and basic MS Office tools is excellent, and you have practical experience using SQL for data processing and analysis. You are fluent in business English, enabling you to engage with international teams and stakeholders effectively.
Experience with Salesforce and BI reporting tools is a plus, as is a background in data analysis and reporting. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to propose and launch new programs that enhance sales productivity.
In this role, you will manage sales enablement programs and tools such as Salesforce and BI reports, contributing to improved sales efficiency. You will collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for enhancing sales productivity and propose new initiatives that align with business goals. You will provide training and guidance on new programs and tools, ensuring that sales teams adopt these resources effectively.
