As an Auth0 Solutions Engineer at Okta, you will deliver interactive presentations and solution demonstrations to all levels of an organization — from developers to C-level executives. You will lead Q&A sessions with prospective customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve executing well-defined, outcome-focused Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Proofs of Value (PoVs) to showcase the capabilities of Okta's Auth0 product. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive technical discussions that highlight the value of our solutions.
You will also be responsible for educating customers on the best practices for using cloud security technology, ensuring they understand how to leverage the Auth0 platform effectively. Your ability to model how our product will support their current architecture requirements and use cases will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve our offerings based on customer insights.
