What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Cribl, you will drive the entire customer success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion. You will become the trusted expert for customers as they build out data pipelines, ensuring they realize the full value of their investment in Cribl solutions. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to strategize and implement solutions that meet customer needs. You will engage with customers regularly to assess their progress and identify opportunities for further success.
