Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting, along with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets the standards of a state-of-the-art inspection center. You are also open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by the company.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to ensure a smooth finish. You will mix paints and apply them using various techniques, including airbrush, to achieve the desired look for each vehicle. Your role will also involve buffing and performing touch-ups to ensure that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards of quality. You will work with state-of-the-art tools and equipment in a high-tech environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the inspection center. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are ready for customers in a timely manner, and you will have the opportunity to advance your skills and pay as you grow with the company.
