As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in your assigned territory. You will engage with potential customers, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of $90,000 to $100,000. You will also benefit from a clear career path with high potential for promotions in both leadership and sales roles. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued business.
