Overview

Axon is seeking a Director of Data Integration & Architecture to lead teams responsible for third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. You'll ensure interoperability between legacy systems and Axon's cloud platform, driving operational excellence and technical strategy.

You have extensive experience in data integration and architecture, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You understand the complexities of integrating legacy systems with modern cloud platforms and are adept at developing scalable processes and tooling to support these initiatives. You possess strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of data architecture principles and best practices. Your experience includes overseeing solution architects and data engineers, guiding them to achieve operational excellence. You are skilled in developing technical strategies that align with customer success and product evolution, ensuring that your teams are equipped to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing environment.

You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As the Director of Data Integration & Architecture at Axon, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless interoperability between legacy public safety systems and Axon's cloud-based platform.
