What you'll do

As the Director of Data Integration & Architecture at Axon, you will lead the teams responsible for delivering third-party integrations and data conversion initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless interoperability between legacy public safety systems and Axon's cloud-based platform. You will drive operational excellence by developing scalable processes and tooling that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your teams.

You will oversee solution architects and data solution engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in all aspects of your team's work. Your leadership will guide the technical strategy to support customer success and the evolving product ecosystem at Axon. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that your teams are well-equipped to meet the needs of law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders.
