Job Description

As an FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Operations Specialist in Turkey, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rapidly growing FBA service. FBA allows sellers to leverage Amazon's logistics network and web services, enabling them to focus on growing their business while Amazon handles product management, order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and more.

In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently resolving day-to-day operational issues faced by FBA sellers in Turkey. This includes troubleshooting problems that arise when sellers' inventory is received at the fulfillment centers, and swiftly implementing solutions to ensure a smooth seller experience. Additionally, you will be involved in a wide range of improvement initiatives to streamline FBA processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance the service offering for Turkish sellers.

Key job responsibilities
1) Seller Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve daily issues encountered by FBA sellers in Turkey, such as inventory receipt problems. Analyze root causes and develop preventative measures to avoid recurrence.

2) Operational Efficiency Improvements: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation. Lead projects to streamline FBA operations and enhance overall business efficiency.

3) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Amazon, including international counterparts, to share best practices, align on processes, and implement system improvements that benefit Turkish FBA sellers.

4) Team Development: Contribute to the training and skill development of new team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support to FBA sellers.Language skills: Fluent in Turkish (native level) and proficient in English (business fluency). Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders both in Turkey and internationally.

Data Analysis: Proficient in using SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools to extract, manipulate, and interpret data to drive process improvements.

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to logically analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and work cross-functionally with teams within Turkey and across Amazon's global network.Logistics Experience: Knowledge and prior experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field, such as procurement, manufacturing, or quality control.

Project Management: Proven ability to lead and drive improvement projects, including coordinating with international teams to implement best practices and new systems.

Process Improvement Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing repeatable processes, driving automation, and/or leading standardization initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
