Overview

SoFi is seeking an Associate Manager, Originations to lead a team of Originations Specialists in Jacksonville. You'll drive business and process changes to enhance the loan application experience for members. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

You understand the importance of guiding your team through the loan application process, ensuring that they meet quality standards and performance goals. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively support your team and address any questions or challenges they may encounter. What you'll do

In this role, you will independently manage a team of up to 15 Originations Specialists, ensuring they follow procedures and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application process. You will set performance goals for your team, defining clear objectives and responsibilities to motivate them towards achieving success. You will gain a deep understanding of the member experience, which will help you support your team as they navigate new trends and challenges. You will be responsible for driving business and process changes to enhance the overall experience for both members and employees. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive and productive work environment, where your team feels empowered to deliver their best work. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for your team's objectives, contributing to the overall success of SoFi's mission to reshape personal finance.
