Experience in digital advertising or media planning is a plus, as is familiarity with campaign management tools. As an Account Manager at Netflix, you will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post sale campaign execution workflow. This includes partnering with aligned Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives, ensuring that you deliver excellent customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and monitor active campaign performance. Building Media Plans and contributing to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, and targeting will be key aspects of your role. You will also be tasked with monitoring delivery performance to ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet client expectations. Your strategic partnership with clients will be essential in driving successful outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.
