You excel in interpersonal communication, both written and oral, which helps you maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work independently while meeting deadlines. Your willingness to learn and adapt includes using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, recognizing opportunities for improvement in processes and customer experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Buying team by setting up new vendors and managing all purchase orders. You will process reorders and address any receiving issues, ensuring that the buying team has the necessary information to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include generating multiple reports for the team and maintaining vendor relationships by responding promptly to inquiries. You will also assist in identifying process inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvements, contributing to the overall success of the team.
