What you'll do

As a Mortgage Processor at SoFi, you will work directly with individual applicants to review loan applications, ensuring that each application is complete and accurate. You will be responsible for processing and managing a pipeline of loans, acting as the primary contact for clients, third parties, and vendors throughout the loan process. Your role will involve maintaining effective communication with loan officers and underwriters to meet closing deadlines and lock expiration periods. You will also be tasked with packaging all loans originated by our Loan Officers, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining a progressing pipeline of Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, and you will play a key role in driving an exceptional customer experience.
