Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing large-scale Software Defined Storage architectures. Your expertise in Kubernetes allows you to build and operate multi-tenant clusters that are both secure and performant. You possess a deep understanding of Linux operating systems, which is essential for maintaining high-throughput, mission-critical applications. You are skilled in Infrastructure-as-Code practices and have experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with platform and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams, ensuring that services are resilient and scalable.

You are passionate about cloud innovation and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges. Your experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Pure Storage, HPE, and NetApp, as well as SDS solutions like Ceph and Longhorn, sets you apart. You understand the importance of automation and are adept at developing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure updates. You thrive in a team-first culture and value diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Experience with GitOps practices is a plus, as it enhances your ability to manage infrastructure changes effectively. What you'll do

In this role, you will design, implement, and operate large-scale Software Defined Storage architectures across various cloud regions. You will deploy and support enterprise storage platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of high-demand applications. Your responsibilities will include building and operating multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters on bare metal, utilizing SDS-backed storage solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

You will develop Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Pulumi, automating processes to streamline operations. Your role will also involve implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure updates, ensuring that changes are deployed efficiently and securely. You will collaborate closely with platform and SRE teams to maintain secure, performant services that are isolated for multi-tenant use.

Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience, as you work to bring joy to users through innovative cloud solutions.
