AMBOSS is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to support clinics in the DACH region. You'll help medical professionals integrate AMBOSS into their clinical workflows. This role requires a passion for customer support and a desire to improve healthcare delivery.
You are a curious individual eager to support medical professionals in a challenging work environment. As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will assist clinics in the DACH region in successfully integrating AMBOSS into their clinical routines. You enjoy helping others and find fulfillment in enabling healthcare providers to make informed clinical decisions. You are comfortable analyzing usage data and developing actionable recommendations to enhance the activation and utilization of our licenses. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with IT personnel and responding to inquiries critical for the smooth operation of AMBOSS. You are open to diverse backgrounds and experiences, welcoming the opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering healthcare professionals.
In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Customer Success, Ronald, and be involved in initiatives that support our clients in successfully implementing AMBOSS. You will analyze usage data to identify trends and develop recommendations that help clinics maximize the potential of our platform. Your responsibilities will include setting up access for users, collaborating with IT departments, and addressing any inquiries that arise to ensure the effective use of AMBOSS in clinical settings. You will engage with medical staff to understand their needs and provide tailored support that enhances their experience with our tool. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of patient care by enabling healthcare professionals to make faster and more accurate clinical decisions.
