Who you are

You have a solid understanding of industrial safety and health regulations, with at least 3 years of experience in health management and stress check operations. You hold a valid second-class health manager license or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating your commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. Your background may include experience in logistics, delivery, or manufacturing industries, which enhances your ability to navigate the specific challenges in these sectors. You are proactive in addressing legal matters related to workplace safety and are dedicated to fostering a mature safety culture among employees.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the head of the EHS organization in formulating EHS policies and objectives. You will be responsible for conducting health examinations and managing stress checks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will also involve operating health maintenance and enhancement programs, inspecting and maintaining emergency and first aid kits, and collaborating with various departments to address safety and health-related issues. You will guide and advise employees to build a robust safety culture, proactively responding to legal matters and ensuring a comfortable working environment.
