Overview

Samsara is seeking a Major Account Executive to drive revenue growth in new and existing large accounts. You'll work to impact industries such as agriculture, construction, and transportation. This role requires a strong sales background and the ability to work in EST or CST time zones.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing major accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes working with large prospective accounts and understanding their unique needs. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact in industries that are critical to the global economy. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a strong ability to strategize and execute sales plans that align with company goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within major accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer relationships. Your efforts will focus on understanding the needs of clients and providing tailored solutions that leverage Samsara's Connected Operations™ Cloud platform. You will engage with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations, ensuring that their operations are optimized through the use of IoT data. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service delivery. Your role will involve regular reporting on sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
