Pendulum™ is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive incremental revenue and improve customer lifetime value. You'll work with data-driven marketing strategies including newsletter and affiliate marketing. This role requires a strong background in growth experimentation and analytics.
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue and improving customer lifetime value. Your analytical mindset allows you to thrive in testing, learning, and optimizing across various marketing channels. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
You possess expertise in A/B testing and are skilled in using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and derive insights. Your experience with email marketing and content marketing enables you to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You understand the importance of SEO and have successfully implemented strategies that enhance online visibility.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to identify new opportunities for growth. Your hands-on approach to marketing experimentation allows you to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and consumer behaviors.
Experience with affiliate marketing and newsletter marketing is a plus, as is familiarity with growth hacking techniques. You are passionate about health and wellness, and you understand the impact of the microbiome on overall well-being, which aligns with Pendulum's mission.
In this role, you will report to the VP of Consumer Revenue and be responsible for driving incremental revenue through innovative marketing strategies. You will lead growth experimentation initiatives, testing various channels to identify the most effective methods for customer acquisition and retention. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in optimizing campaigns and improving customer lifetime value.
You will collaborate with the product team to ensure that marketing efforts align with product launches and enhancements. By leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, you will create and execute campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of campaign performance, allowing you to make data-driven adjustments in real-time.
You will also be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI. Your insights will help shape the overall marketing strategy and contribute to Pendulum's growth objectives.
