Consensys is seeking a Senior HR Systems & People Operations Specialist to support their blockchain and web3 initiatives. You'll work on enhancing people operations and systems to attract and retain talent. This role requires extensive experience in HR systems and operations.
You have a strong background in HR systems and people operations, with a focus on enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. Your experience includes working with various HR technologies and systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in HR and are skilled at analyzing metrics to improve processes. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support the workforce. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to innovate and improve. You have a passion for building inclusive workplaces and are committed to fostering a diverse and equitable culture.
Experience in the blockchain or web3 industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized technologies. You may have worked in a startup environment and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. A background in talent acquisition or employee engagement strategies would also be beneficial.
