SeatGeek is seeking a Lead UX Designer to redefine live event experiences through innovative design strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in behavioral design and storytelling. This role requires 8+ years of experience in UX design.

You have 8+ years of experience in UX design, demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. Your expertise in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling allows you to create impactful strategies that resonate with fans, sellers, teams, and artists alike. You possess a mindset of a challenge, changemaker, and innovator, always looking for ways to enhance user experiences. You understand the technical and logistical obstacles that can create friction during live events, and you are adept at navigating these challenges to deliver seamless solutions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, ensuring that your design vision aligns with product, engineering, and marketing goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about experimentation and data-driven design.
