Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Acquisition to drive sales of EDC machines and build strong customer relationships. You'll lead a team focused on engaging and onboarding new clients in Chittoor.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales and team leadership, with the ability to create an inspiring team environment that fosters open communication. Your networking capabilities are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with merchants and drive sales in your assigned area. You are adept at resolving merchant queries and ensuring high levels of engagement within the merchant base. You possess the skills to hire and build a team, setting clear goals and delegating tasks effectively. You monitor team performance and report on metrics, motivating team members to achieve their best.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to merchants across multiple locations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that your team meets its objectives and delivers tailored solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals. You will also discover training needs and provide coaching to your team members, listening to their feedback and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise. Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments will be key to maintaining team morale and productivity. You will encourage creativity and risk-taking within your team, suggesting and organizing team-building activities to strengthen relationships and collaboration.
