What you'll do

As the Quality Food Safety Area Manager, you will be responsible for executing key strategies related to quality management at the distribution center. You will lead a team of hourly leads and associates, ensuring they have the necessary training and tools to succeed. Your role will involve conducting performance management and providing coaching to your team members. You will act as the first point of contact for all food safety quality matters during your shift, escalating issues to FSQ leadership as needed. Monitoring and reviewing FSQ controllable metrics will be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that inbound inspections and other quality tasks are completed accurately and timely. You will also oversee audits and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, contributing to the overall success of the quality objectives at the site.
