Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Account Executive for their Growth Startup Sales team. You'll lead a team focused on driving expansion and retention among startup customers. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the startup ecosystem, with experience leading teams to achieve revenue targets. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at coaching and developing talent within your team. In this role, you will lead a team of 5-10 Growth Account Executives, guiding them in their efforts to expand and retain our startup customer base. You will be responsible for setting and achieving revenue targets, developing strategies that accelerate growth, and ensuring that your team has the resources and support they need to succeed. You will build scalable frameworks for deal negotiations and account planning, ensuring that best practices are established and followed.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and other go-to-market teams to identify strategic growth opportunities within the startup portfolio. Regularly reviewing customer health metrics will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to collaborate with your team to develop action plans for at-risk accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing team culture that prioritizes customer success and long-term partnerships.
