Desirable

Experience with various automotive painting techniques and tools is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in automotive finishes can set you apart. You are open to learning new skills and techniques to enhance your painting capabilities.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes sanding and masking. You will work in one of our state-of-the-art Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools to ensure the highest quality of work. Your role will involve matching paint colors to ensure consistency across vehicles, and you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace. You will also participate in training programs to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
