Flex is seeking a Vice President of Emerging SMB Growth and Channel Strategy to lead the strategy and optimization of their customer segment. This role requires deep experience in scaled sales motions and channel programs within FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS.
You have extensive experience in leading growth strategies, particularly in the FinTech, PropTech, or SaaS sectors. Your background includes managing high-volume commercial operations and optimizing outsourced sales ecosystems. You are analytical and operationally excellent, with a proven track record of influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving efficient and predictable unit acquisition. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and alignment across teams, ensuring that everyone is working towards common goals. You understand the nuances of working with multi-vendor sales strategies and have successfully scaled such operations in previous roles.
Experience in a growth-stage company is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling a business in the FinTech space. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and have a knack for designing operating rhythms that enhance partner performance. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams will be crucial in this role, as you will be the bridge between Flex and its vendor organizations.
In this role, you will own the strategy and performance of Flex’s emerging SMB customer segment. You will lead the optimization of sales processes and ensure that the outsourced sales ecosystem operates efficiently. Your responsibilities will include designing data-driven operating rhythms that align with the company’s growth objectives. You will oversee partner performance, ensuring that all vendor organizations are aligned with Flex’s mission and goals. You will work closely with the PMC Revenue Leader to report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to drive growth. Your role will also involve identifying new opportunities for channel partnerships and scaling existing relationships to maximize revenue potential. You will be responsible for creating a culture of accountability and performance excellence within your team, ensuring that everyone is focused on achieving the company’s objectives.
