What you'll do

As a Talent Sourcer at NerdWallet, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates for current and upcoming openings. You will attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, considering the role's impact on the business and potential career paths. In collaboration with the DEI TA Manager, you will build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals. Your role will also involve leveraging external partnerships to attract passive candidates and build future talent pipelines.
