What you'll do

As a Staff AI Engineer at Rula, you will play a critical role in defining the technical architecture for AI-assisted therapy solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, clinicians, and designers, to ensure that the technology aligns with user needs and clinical best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Generative AI models that support patient interactions and provider decision-making.

You will be tasked with developing scalable systems that can process and analyze large datasets, ensuring that the AI solutions are both effective and efficient. You will also be involved in creating RAG pipelines and orchestrating multi-agent systems to enhance the capabilities of the AI applications. Your work will directly impact the quality of mental healthcare provided to patients, making it essential to maintain high standards of performance and reliability.

In addition to technical development, you will participate in discussions around ethical AI use and contribute to the establishment of best practices for AI in mental health.
