Overview

Esri is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts across multiple technical teams. You'll partner with senior leadership to develop effective sourcing strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role requires a successful track record in recruitment.

Who you are

You have a successful track record in recruitment, particularly in technical roles, and are skilled at identifying, engaging, and closing candidates. You enjoy looking at the big picture and influencing key partners to make the right hiring decisions. Adaptability is key, as you thrive in evolving environments and prioritize customer service in your approach to recruitment.

You are comfortable managing the full-cycle recruiting process and have experience working closely with leadership teams to understand their hiring objectives. Your ability to create and execute effective sourcing strategies allows you to find high-quality candidates across various roles. You reflect the Esri brand positively and are committed to generating a healthy pipeline of candidates.

Building solid relationships is second nature to you. You serve as a thought partner to leadership teams throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You collaborate with HR specialists in areas such as global mobility, organizational training and development, compensation, and compliance, demonstrating your expertise in the recruitment field.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive results by owning the full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts within Esri's Product Development and Engineering division. You will partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a strategic plan to meet those goals effectively. Your focus will be on delivering quality and timely results, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company's needs.

You will create and execute effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find professionals across a variety of roles, reflecting the Esri brand positively throughout the process. Your ability to foster relationships with leadership teams will be crucial as you serve as a thought partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.

Managing candidates in process will be a key responsibility, and you will ensure they have a positive experience throughout their journey. You will also collaborate with HR specialists to address various aspects of recruitment, including global mobility and compliance, ensuring that all processes are aligned with company policies and standards.
