What you'll do

As a Production Supervisor at TerrAscend, you will be responsible for supervising all processes within the trimming, curing, and packaging departments. You will report directly to the Post-Harvest Manager and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve training and mentoring team members, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate inventory records and making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that production goals are met and that the quality of the product remains high. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform at their best. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
