Desirable

Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry is a plus, as is familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the design process for OKX's decentralized finance products, from initial ideation through to final execution. You will lead a team of designers, guiding them in creating user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of our users, translating those insights into design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and align with technical requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining design standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across all products.

You will also play a key role in shaping the design culture at OKX, advocating for user-centered design principles and promoting a collaborative approach to problem-solving. As the team grows, you will mentor junior designers, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our design initiatives and ensuring that we deliver exceptional products to our users.
