Overview

InMobi is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead advertising initiatives and drive business outcomes through innovative marketing strategies. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the advertising or technology sectors — you've successfully led teams to exceed sales targets and have a proven track record of building strong client relationships. Your expertise in digital marketing and advertising technologies allows you to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive results. You are a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring your team remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you can effectively convey complex ideas to clients and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust. Your leadership style is inclusive and empowering, encouraging team members to contribute their ideas and take ownership of their work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on achieving business objectives.

Desirable

Experience with AI and machine learning applications in advertising would be a significant advantage, as would familiarity with privacy-first marketing principles. What you'll do
