You possess strong PC skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, which you use to analyze data and communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders. You are proactive in seeking solutions and are comfortable asking questions to clarify tasks and responsibilities. Your agility and flexibility allow you to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work at Amazon's fulfillment center in Amagasaki, where your primary responsibility will be to create a comfortable and efficient workplace for all employees. You will oversee office layout changes, manage the operation of the on-site store, and handle the procurement of various supplies and processing of invoices. Your role will also involve managing the overall facility, including energy-saving initiatives and coordinating repair orders. You will plan events that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that the workplace remains enjoyable and productive. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing waste collection and recycling processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will participate in daily briefings and team meetings to discuss operational progress and collaborate with suppliers to achieve key performance metrics.
