In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for manager inquiries and workplace concerns, providing guidance and support to help de-escalate issues. You will host regular 'manager office hours' to ensure that people strategy support is accessible to junior leaders. You will develop and execute communication plans and change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during company-wide initiatives. You will represent the People Strategy team in various departmental projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance managerial skills across the organization. You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of people strategy initiatives and making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $113,600 - $149,100 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes participation in an unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
