Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience and are eager to learn and grow in the auto body repair field. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can follow instructions and collaborate with your team.

What you'll do

As an Entry-level Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for paint. This includes tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and help you progress in your career as the company grows.
