Caseware is seeking a Mid-Level Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of their audit and accounting software. This role requires experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
You have a solid background in quality assurance, with experience in testing software applications and ensuring they meet the required standards. You understand the importance of automation in the QA process and are familiar with various testing tools and methodologies. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying issues and bugs in software. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with development teams to improve product quality. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes as needed. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools would be a plus. Familiarity with the fintech industry or accounting software is also desirable, as it will help you understand the specific needs of our users. A background in programming or scripting languages can enhance your ability to contribute to automation efforts.
