Product Designer - Mobile

Who you are

You have over 6 years of product design experience, ideally within a SaaS company, and your portfolio showcases thoughtful, impactful work that demonstrates your ability to create end-to-end user experiences. You have a proven track record of driving design processes and collaborating effectively with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver high-quality designs that elevate user experiences and drive business impact.

Your expertise includes a deep understanding of mobile design principles and frameworks, and you are passionate about leveraging the unique capabilities of mobile platforms to create engaging user experiences. You are skilled in using design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and you have experience in prototyping and validating new ideas, including AI-driven concepts, in close collaboration with engineering teams.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute long-term mobile strategies. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality designs that not only meet user needs but also support critical business operations. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process, from discovery to delivery. You will drive the UX framework and design standards for Airtable's mobile apps, ensuring that the quality of designs meets the high standards expected by users. Your work will directly impact the user experience and help shape the future of Airtable's mobile offerings.

You will prototype and validate new ideas, including AI-driven concepts, in close collaboration with engineering teams. Your ability to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented designs will be crucial in supporting and increasing mobile app usage. You will lead the design of Omni on mobile, leveraging the unique capabilities and constraints of mobile platforms to create innovative solutions that enhance user engagement.
