You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have successfully taken technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. With 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders, you excel in collaboration and communication. Your background includes building and shipping consumer products, showcasing your understanding of user needs and market demands.
You are familiar with A/B testing and user research methodologies, which you leverage to inform product decisions and measure success. Your passion for YouTube and understanding of the platform's ecosystem, creators, and viewers drive your commitment to creating impactful products. You possess excellent investigative skills and can translate user needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications and roadmaps. You thrive in environments that require adaptability and continuous learning, eager to work on products that affect millions of people every day.
Experience with creator-focused products or content sharing platforms is a plus, as it aligns with the goals of the YouTube team. Your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, enhances your capability to drive product development.
