As a Data Center Program Manager at Microsoft, you will play a crucial role in managing assigned projects and troubleshooting service incidents. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that service delivery objectives are met and that any issues are escalated appropriately. Your responsibilities will include participating in root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify and address the underlying causes of incidents. You will also be involved in building a solid understanding of data center procedures and collaborating with teams across different data centers to share best practices and provide mentorship.
You will be part of Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team, which is responsible for delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s online services. Your role will contribute to the optimization and sustainability of data center operations, ensuring that Microsoft continues to meet the ever-changing business demands of its global customer base.
