In this role, you will develop evaluation frameworks for the performance of autonomous vehicles, focusing on large-scale machine learning models. Your work will involve generating and interpreting dense signals from simulations, addressing challenging problems in estimation and experimental design. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Waymo Driver meets strict standards for safety, compliance, and service quality. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and analysis processes, helping to refine the Waymo Driver's capabilities and performance metrics.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $204,000—$259,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
