Who you are

You have experience in developing software using a JVM language and Spring Boot in large-scale production systems — you've built and maintained robust applications that prioritize security and user experience. Your understanding of microservice architecture allows you to design scalable solutions that can handle high traffic and complex workflows. You are familiar with both relational and non-relational databases, enabling you to choose the right data storage solutions for various use cases. You are also open to exploring Kotlin, as it would be a plus for this role. Your collaborative spirit shines through as you work closely with your Tech Lead and cross-functional team, ensuring that code quality is upheld through mentorship and code reviews.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices would be beneficial, as would familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker. What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer in the Customer Identity segment at N26, you will collaborate closely with your Tech Lead on architecting new features and seeing them through to completion.
